i took it for almost 2 months i did get alot of the hunger side effects and did feel more energized in general i havent seen significant height increases but it has helped me grow as i was stagnant for 4 - 5 months prior to taking the mk677 and after 2 months of taking it i grew more in those 2 months then in those 4 - 5 months so i would recommend it if your growth plates arnt closed and as for muscle mass i definitely saw alot more veins and muscle definition
